The Madison County Mambas phenomenal season continues, having a 3-0 in the PBA (Professional Basketball Association).  As an expansion team with so much to prove & set their mark in the PBA. This past Saturday proved to be another intense battle in a close home game win against the Georgia Vipers [115-109].  

Great performances by Xavier Jones (14) with 24 points, Yesuah Jones (13) with 22 points, Tyler Sharp (1) with 16 points & Jaylon Merrit (0) with 19 Points. Cortez Chaney of the Vipers had 28 earned points, but it just wasn’t enough. 

This game tested the Mambas' grit, at half time it was 55-51 Vipers. THe Mambas were not deterred.  The third quarter was a defensive battle while the fourth showed the character and will to win as a team. Yesuah Jones came off the bench and made some key shots earning player of the game.  The Mambas next game is on the 3 December 2022 vs River Region Generals. They’ll be looking to avenge a loss from November 13th. We need our fans in the stands as we continue to take over the PBA.
